Hi, I’m Christie Gilpatrick — your mobile notary

I’m Christie Gilpatrick, the owner of AZ Seal the Deal Notary. I provide mobile notary appointments for individuals, families and businesses in Surprise, Phoenix and surrounding Arizona communities. I travel to homes, offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities and other agreed-upon locations by appointment.

I know that visiting a notary office isn’t always convenient. My goal is to make the signing appointment straightforward, with clear communication about scheduling, identification and location details. Appointments at convenient locations

Mobile service can be requested for a home, workplace, hospital, care facility, or another agreed-upon location in the Phoenix metro area. Availability depends on scheduling, travel time and any facility rules.

A clear signing process

Before your appointment, identify the document type, number of signers, and whether witnesses are required. Each signer must be able to participate willingly and meet applicable identification and notarial requirements.

Professional boundaries

A commissioned notary performs authorized notarial acts but cannot select a legal form, explain its legal effect, or advise which document you should sign. Consult the document issuer or a qualified professional for those questions.
